  • It's not cool to steal someone's art :(

    The rights to all artwork are retained by Jenna Hubbard, even after purchase. This includes originals, commissions, prints, merchandise, and any current or future reproductions. Purchasing any item, whether original or otherwise, does not grant permission to mint the piece into an NFT, print and distribute it in any form, or reproduce it in any way for profit or otherwise.

    Collectors are not permitted to reproduce the artwork in any manner without explicit written consent from the artist. Sharing images of purchased items on social media is always welcome and does not violate this clause. Please remember to tag Jenna Hubbard's account when featuring her work in your social content.

  • Jenna Hubbard is not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. It is not her responsibility to refund, exchange, replace, or compensate for any damage to products caused by mishandling by customers. This includes but is not limited to, smudging fingerprints on the white border, tearing fine art prints, or otherwise damaging works.

    Compensation for damage is guaranteed under consumer protections if the products are received damaged due to postal service mishandling or if faulty merchandise has been dispatched. Every item is thoroughly inspected before shipment to ensure that only pristine reproductions are packaged for you to enjoy.

    Please read the product descriptions carefully. Jenna Hubbard is not obligated to compensate customers who fail to read the information provided in the product description prior to purchase.

  • If there is an issue with your order, Jenna Hubbard won’t leave you hanging! If something has gone wrong or your item wasn’t as expected, she will do everything she can to make it right.

    Below are her policies on returns for each product. She honors a 30-day return policy on eligible products. She strives to offer color-accurate photography of the artwork, but please be mindful that calibrations often vary between devices. If color accuracy is a concern, she recommends viewing the item from multiple devices (desktop, iPhone, etc.) or reaching out to her directly for more information.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

    Fine Art Prints & Products (eligibility varies): Prints are very delicate (one could say extremely). Only prints that are unhandled and in their original packaging will be eligible for return. If returned prints are deemed unfit upon inspection for any reason, we reserve the right to deny a refund.

    Originals (not eligible): All original purchases are final.

  • Jenna Hubbard is dedicated to shipping your orders as soon as possible. Please note that delays in dispatching orders may occasionally occur if artwork is going viral on social media or if you request custom framing for an original piece. She apologizes in advance for any inconvenience and greatly appreciates your patience.

    Jenna Hubbard uses Printify as her production partner and does not keep any inventory in her studio. Once an order has been placed, it is produced and shipped directly by Printify. Please be aware that shipping times may vary and allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed and shipped. Shipping will be through USPS and ship time & rate will depend on where you are located. Typically, shipping time will vary between 5-10 days before it is in your hands. A tracking number will be provided to you once it is available.

    Once an order has been dispatched from Printify, the shipping address cannot be changed. If you need to update your address, please contact us through the contact page as soon as possible. Jenna Hubbard is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure that you provide complete and correct mailing addresses at checkout.

  • The studio is operated in Southern California (United States of America) and is not liable for import fees on any products purchased. This includes, but is not limited to, the commissioning of custom pieces, originals, and merchandise.

    Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. Some countries charge import taxes while others do not. The customs agency will notify the recipient either by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges so that the shipment can continue to its destination.

    It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any duties, value-added tax, or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to Jenna Hubbard. Provided that the product is in its original condition, she will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to your country).

    Items are declared at purchase value for exporting, and under no circumstances will documents be falsified.

    Please be aware that Jenna Hubbard uses Printify as her production partner, and some products are shipped directly from Printify’s facilities. This policy applies to all shipments handled by Printify as well.
